Managing Profile Settings
The settings menu lets you update your personal details, name, email address, and contact number and reset your password.
To access and manage your profile settings
- Go onto the iStore Pay App

Select the “Home” button on the bottom left of your screen.

Select your profile on the top left of your screen to access the settings menu.

In the settings menu under “User account” select your account.

Your account information will then appear, and you can select the field that you wish to change or update.

Remember to save the changes when you are done at the bottom of the screen.
💡 NB!! For updates on your business details, address, banking details or change in directors’ information please contact our support channel and they will assist you with authenticating and updating the information required. You can also go to General Support Information for more on this.

Under the “Settings” menu users will be able to access a variety of menu’s, here’s a quick view and breakdown of each one

Permissions
- In this menu you can set permissions on Access, turning off “Face ID” will then require a password when you want to enter the menu on the App.
- Turn on/off the location’s permissions

Notifications, which we use to communicate with you.

Turn on / Off iStore Pay to receive payments on your handset.

Business Account
- From this menu you can access the T’s & C’s of your merchant agreement under the “Plans option”
- You can view the business details that is linked to your account, to update business details please reach out to our support team for assistance with this.
- You can view the business address that is linked to your account, to update the address, please reach out to our support team for assistance with this.
- Banking details can be viewed here to see which account is receiving your transactions, for changes and updates to your banking details please reach out to our support team.
- Tip settings let you enable or disable the tips option on your App, set the percentages for your preset tips, and turn on/off the custom-amount field on or off.

- From this menu merchants can get easy access to our various support options like emails, WhatsApp & call back.
- You can also view our FAQ’s to help with some of those typical questions.

Your merchant ID and terminal ID will also be found here and will be necessary when logging support queries.

- This can be used to write a review of the iStore Pay App and give us your feedback on what’s working and not working for you as a merchant. We are always evolving and welcome your feedback.

History
The other menu available to our merchants is the “History” tab which is located on the bottom right of your screen.

Once on your “History” menu you will have 2 tabs to view, “Transaction” and “Payouts”
Transactions
- On your transactions menu you can view a list of your transactions, this can be filtered to your requirements. (See more about transactions on Viewing Transaction History.)
- Action refunds to your customer (See more on Refunds here )
Payouts
- Payouts is the total some of transactions done on a day and then paid out into the merchants bank account less the fees and charges occurred.

App Crashes and Stability Issues
If the App crashes or becomes unresponsive users can try the following:
- Force-close and reopen the App.
- Restart iPhone.
- Check if there are any iOS updates that can be installed on your phone.
- Delete and reinstall the iStore Pay App and sign into your account again.
