Fee Summary
- The table below shows the overall fee ranges across all turnovers based on the type of card used to pay.
Transaction Fees
- A transaction fee is calculated as a percentage of each payment you accept and is variable based on your average monthly turnover and whether your customer's card is a South African or International card.
- Upon sign-up, you will be charged transaction fees based on the average monthly turnover you specify during your onboarding process.
- In the subsequent month, transaction fees will be based on the actual turnover processed through iStore Pay in the previous month.
- All transaction fees exclude VAT.
Payout Fees
- iStore Pay charges no payout fee and has no minimum payout limit.

Fee Visibility
- A user can view the fees for each transaction under the payout history section in the app.

Each payout statement will also include a total fee deduction on a per-payout basis.

For individual transaction fees you can select the transaction that’s within the payout to view the fees linked to a specific transaction.
💡 NB!! Transaction fees may be reviewed, and a 30 day notice given to merchants in the event of any changes.
